“During therapy, I will support you in becoming more whole by using a variety of evidenced-based techniques mostly based on cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and some psychodynamic theories. I also incorporate coping skills, which are often based on the patient's interests, including, aromatherapy, music, art, sports and writing techniques. My previous patients have spoken about improved use of social support, increased self-love, increased clarity, better relationships, and enhanced coping skills.” - Dr. Roxanne Richards
